RayLi’s Photography is a veteran/minority-owned small business registered and licensed in the state of Virginia. 
Ray & Li have extensive experience in photography, beginning as an amateur, then progressing to college-level photography classes and photography seminars, and expanding to the professional level - taking pictures and creating professional books and pictures from various events. Both Ray & Li have logged thousands of hours photographing people, events, and sites in various locations around the world. We have developed our own techniques and we apply our creativity in developing special/personalized photo projects for our customers.
Ray and Li are both people-oriented and customer-focused – with a great emphasis on details. We are not satisfied until you are!
